Store Policies:
-All sales are final. No refunds, no returns.

-If your purchase at a craft show/store in person you cannot get a refund or a replacement “because you can’t smell your Freshie”. We have bags that are resealable and we offer you the chance to smell them before purchase.

-We do not ever accept checks as form of payment.

-We are not responsible for any melted or damaged Freshie.

-Always keep Freshie free hanging nothing touching it.

- if you will be parked in direct sun hang Freshie on your turn signal or out of sun and not touching anything else.
